CLASSROOM MANAGEMENT PHILOSOPHY AND PLAN

Included on this page is my classroom management philosophy and plan, detailing my ideal classroom environment, my approach to developing classroom culture and community, my philosophy of how students, teachers, and parents/guardians should interact, my regular classroom procedures, and classroom rules with consequences for infractions. This document demonstrates my attention to providing an inclusive classroom space for all students that is conducive to safe, positive collaborative learning experiences and my leadership within the learning community to connect the home and school lives of the students together in active collaborations with parents/guardians.
